Supervision and Methodology

Qur’an Bloom is guided under the direct and meticulous supervision of Dr. Mohammed Khalil. He holds a PhD in Islamic Sharia from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Azhar University. He is formally licensed in the memorization and teaching of the Holy Qur’an and has obtained certification in the Ten Qira’at from Al-Azhar.

The academy follows the Azharite methodology of balanced moderation across its curriculum, programs, and teaching staff. This tradition is rooted in scholarly integrity, sound understanding, and measured guidance, ensuring Qur’anic education that is authentic, reliable, and spiritually elevating. Our instructors are fully certified and academically and pedagogically qualified. They unite mastery of recitation with refined educational guidance and employ the most effective modern teaching approaches, thoughtfully adapted to diverse ages and levels, to deliver a learning experience that is clear, engaging, and deeply enriching.
